Hi, my name is Ruby. I'm one of the managers here with Lifetime Solutions. We specialize in Rainsoft products here in Southern California. Home Depot reached out to us because they wanted to sell a premium water treatment line out of their stores, so we partnered with them and we do all of their water treatment sales. We are currently in eighty-four stores in Southern California, and the way we create business as a company is all done through a free in-home water test. We have a few different ways that we do that. One of them being through our Home Depot Warm Transfer Program. We have people walking around the Home Depot stores signing people up for a two thousand dollar giveaway. Then we finalize their entry by getting our call center on the phone. Our call center will schedule a free water test appointment with the customer at their home. We then send a technician out to their home, test their water, and sell them Rainsoft Water Treatment Equipment. Our installation crew goes out next to install that system. Now that customer will have clean water for the rest of their life! We carry a lifetime warranty, which is where our service department comes in. They will go out and service that equipment for the remainder of their life. You are applying to join the Warm Transfer Team. Your job is very simple, but very important as well. We have people on our team that are making great money doing this! So now I'm going to go over our pay structure. If you get hired, you will be making twenty dollars an hour plus commission. You will be receiving fifty dollars per install, so when you're getting seven or eight installs a week, you're making a pretty awesome weekly paycheck! Our schedule is Monday through Friday, ten thirty AM to five PM. Saturdays are nine AM to three thirty PM. You're going to have two days off a week — Sundays off, and one other set day off throughout the week. Benefits: We offer paid training, paid time off, four oh one k, medical, dental, and vision! It's also based on just the dollar volume that we do out of their stores! So this program absolutely works if you just keep it simple, follow the system, and do what works! During the initial screening interview, we will ask you to read a short sentence from our script. Read it once or twice to get familiar with it before you read it out loud. I want to help you do a great job, so I want you to read it word for word from 'Hi my name is' all the way down to 'for the test.' Make sure to read it word for word with enthusiasm.
