Hi my name is Ruby, I'm one of the managers here with Lifetime Solutions. We sell Rainsoft products here in Southern California. Home Depot reached out to us because they wanted to sell a premium water treatment line out of their stores so we partnered with them and we do all of their water treatment sales. We are currently in 84 stores in Southern California and the way we create business as a company is all done through a free in-home water test. We have a few different ways that we do that. One of them being through our Home Depot appointment setters. We have people inside the Home Depot store walking around scheduling appointments with customers to get a free water test done at their home . We then send a technician out to their home, test their water and sell them Rainsoft Water Treatment Equipment. Then our installation crew goes out to install that system. Now that customer will have clean water for the rest of their life! We carry a lifetime warranty which is where our service department comes in. They will go out and service that equipment for the remainder of their life. The position you are applying for is the appointment setter position. Your job is very simple but very important as well. We have people on our team as appointment setters making great money doing this! So now I'm going to go over our pay structure. If you get hired, you are going to start at $16.50 an hour for the first 3 days of training. On your fourth day you're going to be on production pay which is going to be $400 per install and $20 per demo. The demo is the water test. Once you get the technician in the home to do the water test, that's $20! When they purchase the equipment you will receive an additional $400 which is great! So when you get 3, 4, 7, or 8 sales in a week, you're making a pretty awesome weekly paycheck like people currently do on our team! The $16.50 an hour is just a safety net. Let's say you had a horrible week! You're never going to leave without a paycheck. You would receive at least your $16.50 an hour. But I want to be very clear on this: This is not a $16.50 an hour job! If you are only making $16.50 an hour here, that means that you are most likely doing something off or possibly not working, because of that our company couldn't even afford to keep you on the team very long. Our team is averaging $30 plus an hour! Some more than that but as an entire team, we average about $30 plus an hour.! We have found that on average, if you set 5 demos in a week, 2 of those will install. That's $900 a week, $3,900 a month, $46,000 a year. When you are doing 8 demos a week, 3 of those will install, that's $1,360 a week, $5,800 a month, $70,000 a year! Now what's awesome about these numbers is they are very real numbers! I see 8's, 10's, 12's and 15's regularly! I've seen 23 demos in a week and 11 sales in a week so there is plenty of room to make a really awesome weekly paycheck! When you are doing 10 demos in a week, 4 of those will install! That $1,800 a week, $7,800 a month which comes out to $93,000 a year! Contests and bonuses: We like to keep things real revved up! There's always new contests and bonuses going on! We closed out a contest not too long ago called crack the vault! Such an Awesome Contest! Thousands of dollars! Cash getting passed out to the winners! Weekly contests! Hundreds of dollars of cash getting passed out! Those are fun and a lot of competition. Benefits: We offer paid training, PTO, 401K, medical, dental and vision! We've been doing this with Home Depot for the last 18 years as their number 1 service provider and that's based on their VOC scores which is the voice of the customer. It's also based on just the dollar volume that we do out of their stores! So this program absolutely works if you just keep it simple, follow the system and do what works! If you get hired, we will bring you into training and show you step by step. We will show you how to make great money like a lot of people on our team. We'll be memorizing scripts, role playing, showing you how to answer peoples questions. We will go over all of that stuff in training that way before you even go inside the Home Depot store, you'll be very well prepared to go in there and make great money! Our schedule is Monday through Friday 10:30am to 5pm, Saturdays are 9am to 3:30pm. You're going to have 2 days off a week. Sundays off and one other set day off throughout the week. During the initial screening interview we will ask you to read a few sentences from our script. Read it once or twice to get familiar with it before you read it out loud. I want to help you do a great job so I want you to read it word for word from "Hi my name is." all the way down to, "Home Depot Gift Card." Make sure to read it word for word with enthusiasm. Please make sure your camera remains on throughout the entire screening interview. If you have been chosen, we will contact you within the next 2 days to schedule a start date. Good Luck!
